Apple Sues HTC For Infringing On 20 iPhone Patents ⇒
It’s certainly possible HTC are totally copying Apple’s ass. It’s also possible these patents are stupidness. I suspect the only reason Palm hasn’t been sued yet is because they are sitting on a shit-ton of patents going way back to the Palm Pilot.
You don’t seem to read too many stories about patents saving the day.
